Creation of the public space for the NIRCam-NIRSpec GTO collaboration

The public space of the NIRCam-NIRSpec GTO collaboration has just been created. It will contain public information about the NIRCam-NIRSpec GTO galaxy assembly survey. The team will also post there products generated as part of the collaboration and that we want to make available to the commmunity.
